In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we use a network of warehouses and delivery partners around the world. This allows us to offer you cheap (or free) shipping in the shortest possible timeframe. All deliveries are tracked where possible and you will receive tracking number once an order is dispatched. Holiday Periods
Holiday periods do get busy and we sometimes need a couple of extra days to get your order to you due to our delivery partners. We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Standard Products (Non-Custom)
An example of our standard products are our pet decals and Cuzzle Pets cushions. We ship these as quickly as possible.
Clothing, mugs and Custom Products (Custom mugs, clothing etc)
Delivery times for these items vary depending on numerous factors. Assuming customers have submitted high quality artwork, the process of designing, setting, printing, cutting, and packing can take between 3 and 7 working days for orders to dispatch. The delivery times above should be used as a guide only.
These times can increase during busy periods and we apologize for any delay - however we prefer to spend that little bit of extra time on your design than rush a job.
Please note that mugs and clothing (non custom) can also take slightly longer to dispatch due to supplier lead times.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders are shipped when each product is ready to be dispatched, meaning that we may send your order in multiple shipments.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our design team uses best efforts to crop, remove backgrounds, sharpen and lighten all uploaded images. It is up to all customers to ensure that any photos that are uploaded for printing on custom items are of sufficient quality to be printed. We cannot be held responsible for any photos that are uploaded in low quality. Please contact us at support@winstonandbear.com with your photo if you have any questions or concerns prior to ordering.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to incorrect color, design or size selections. We stand by the quality of our products and will replace any items that are damaged or contain a defect from manufacturing. Please direct any questions to our Contact Us page.
